I checked a few Korean websites and the online orders for the new Game Park Wiz are only available from April this year.
The Korean company Game Park developed its only handheld GP32 (white top left) in the late nineties and went bankrupt about ten years later in 2007. It seems that prior to Game Park’s bankruptcy several key staff left the company to setup the new Game Park Holdings. The latest release in 2009 is the new GP2X Wiz (black bottom left).

The handheld console is an open-source system aimed at homebrew development of games and emulators. When I was at the ECTS games show a few years ago a developer showed me how the first handheld’s emulator ran Game Gear, C64 and NES titles on it. They all ran quite smoothly.
The device supports any audio and video format you can imagine. Furthermore it has a USB port for data transfer and peripherals like keyboards, and the new versions obviously come with WIFI and touch-screen.

I am looking forward to that one. It will have good battery life and you can replace the battery. And finally with 12 preloaded games.
The million dollar question is: “what games will it come with”?
And where can we find “new” homebrew games for it?
